Heat pumps: 40% of project cost, up to $1,500 for high efficiency air-source heat pumps – ducted or mini-splits; $3,500 for cold-climate air-source heat pumps – ducted or mini-splits.

Heat pump water heater (HPWH): 60% of project cost, up to $1,000; up to $1,750 if the HPWH is “smart” (grid-connected) EV charging: 80% of project cost, up to $1,000.

Electric service upgrade: if installing a heat pump or HPWH or EV charger; 80% of project cost up to $2,000.

Solar: if the home has or is installing a heat pump, HPWH, or EV charger; 80% of project cost up to $4,000.
