All-Electric Homes in Erie for Rent

A new development of all-electric homes in Erie provides a sustainable living option for people looking for a home to rent. The Erie Commons neighborhood features a “walkable, maintenance-free lifestyle,” with homes centered around 12 small parks. Homes are sized between 1150 to 1,550 square feet and are equipped with a heat pump heating and cooling system, electric vehicle charging port, and pre-wiring for solar panels.
